Hi! I don’t have anger issues, but my little sister does and here are a couple actual methods that she’s adopted to deal w it:
- Getting a change of environment when emotions are high (walking to a different room can really help distance yourself from the situation sometimes)

I mean I think this is common but music can help, like if you play an instrument (if you know how to) I think it does calm people down? Or listening to music. I think cooking is one of them, like vent your anger on the food you’re cutting, it’s a bit dangerous tho 1 reply
Little tip is just to calm down and jam some music. Venting anger will only result more harm, you may calm down though so I guess it isn't half bad too( can't be much of a help, Im a calm person).
If you do really want to vent your anger, I suggest eating,watching movies, or scream as much as you prefer( keep in mind that there might be other peopl...... reply
Oh dear i dont know a helpfull way but unfortunately i know if u cant find a way your dreams will be shit. By shit i mean u will have anger attacks in your sleep and they will be deadass effect your personal life and relationship reply
Whenever I get angry i just watch cute videos of dogs or cats. If I don't feel like watching some videos, I just look for the least valuable object closest to me and throw it or break it. I also play video games that'll let me kill some enemies haha reply
