Is it fine for an 11 year old to read adult content?
Here is my opinion why I think that as an 11 year old fujoshi who reads adult mangas is fine. I know that the adult Mangas are supposed to be aimed at the adults but like, it’s not like i would really care? They say “Omg! You’re too young to know this type of stuff!” Girl I know, but I’m actually fine with it. I was never grossed out when I first saw porn. Is there supposed to an age where u could finally know about adult stuff? It’s not like all 11 year olds are immature. I’m mature and I have no problem with it. Its not like I’d be like “OMG ADULT STUFF EWWW” Then say it to everyone. So that’s why I think that reading manga adult content is fine for me though ╮(￣▽￣)╭ or you think I’m too young. It’s okay if you don’t agree with me, I’d like to hear your opinion^^
personally i don’t think you should be consuming porn at 11; it kinda messes up your mind a bit and it’s not how real sex is anyways. i can’t stop you from reading it though so i guess just be respectful and don’t fetishize people reply

So there is a reason it's labeled "adult ". No matter how mature you think you are, you are a child in every aspect. Your mental, emotional, and physical development are not at a point you can safely and healthy understand and digest what it is you are seeing. It's one thing to make edgy sexual jokes at age 11 but anothet thing completely to be viewing adult content. When people say you're too young, they're concerned it may affect you in a bad manner.
