To become skinny you just need to exercise and eat smaller portions. Compared to twenty years ago portion sizes have almost doubled. 30 minutes of exercise a day should be enough to get you started. Now to become a legend... 1 reply
Skinny on to what extent?Well you can just do exercise, drink water on daily basis and and I guess monitor your calorie intake? It'll be a bonus if you've got fast metabolism but really you don't have to be super skinny, "just right" will do,not too skinny not too chubby reply
uh i mean
try to avoid unnatural fatty things like deep fried stuff, but fat on meat is good for you
also try to avoid processed foods like instant canned foods & certain sandwich meats cos unfortunately the "processed" part means they have a lot of sugar in them
try to balance out your meat & veggie intakes if you can
