I. Hate. People.
Seeing neurotypical people act out what they think Dissociative Identity Disorder looks like makes me want to shove my head in a blender. (In cringey videos like the four below) Can someone please tell me why they think it’s like some “uwu hot s3rial killer” thing?
PLEASE- these people need to do their research. I myself don't have DID, but I know damn well that DID is not like that. When I watched those videos I cringed SO hard. reply
Are the straights okay? lmaoooo
They must’ve thought that having DID makes someone “mysterious” “cool” or even “sexy,” when in reality, there must’ve been a lot of trauma for people to have DID in the first place. Those TikTokers saw a mental disorder as an aesthetic. reply
I have so many shit to say that I can type an whole essay but people won't care. So in short,
wow. Can someone spit them (the dumbasses) the facts? I feel humanity is going down everyday.
Smh I was having a great time watching Mob psycho 100 now I want to punch these jackasses.
Everyone have a great day/year!

DID is much deeper than having two (or more) personalities. Having DID is like having multiple people live inside you with different likes, dislikes, allergies and etc.
People need to stop romanticising mental illness. reply
NAHH .... DID AINT SOME SORT OF TREND OR AESTHETIC AND PLUS THIS SPREADS NEGATIVE STIGMA ABOUT PEOPLE WITH DID ?? ESPECIALLY SINCE YOUNG KIDS ARE ON THAT APP ?? reply
Uhm...this is awkward, i recently just subscribed to a channel about DID and this is not usually what i see. The alters are very nice and funny! I see that people likes to take "Let's make killers out of them" route, like they think having a mental illness automatically makes people a 'Psychopath'. 1 reply
