Or your misery of not having one... I live in an apartment that doesn't allow one and I'm also poor as fuck because fuck the college life. So I made this for people to brag about their pets and I can cry about it or I can find kindred souls who knows how I feel.
Currently I have 4 cats. Had 2 passed away last year. One was 16. The other was only 12, but had a bad tumor in his jawbone, so he wouldn't be able to eat, which was the only thing that interested him. I still have a 17 year old and a 3 year old girls. My boyfriend has a 12 & a 13 year old boys. We've been living together for 2 years. I used to have a dog, but she had to live outside, cause I'm allergic to dogs. I used to have an iguana a long time ago. I also had fish for several years, but that's been awhile too.
I have a total of 3 cats. MY cat, who currently lives with my mom since I ended up moving, is named "Poop" short for "Poopie" which is short for "Poopie-a-Poop" Why is his name Poop? Well my sister's ex boyfriend said that the mother cat smelled like poop at one point and she became "Kitty-a-Poop" and her children became her "poops" which became the name of my cat that we stuck with.
My gf and I live an apartment, and we have 2 obnoxious cats, bother and sister, named Mochi (girl) and Miso (boy) Miso likes to knock things down and he meows like, nonstop, but I love him. When he gets excited, only his tail fluffs up. Mochi is a cat who doesn't make much noise, other than this cute cough to get our attention. She is easily startled and jumps at everything, and after I take showers, she like to straddle my head and rub her body all over my hair and lick my head. The names came up because in litter of cats that Poop was from, I wanted to name one of them "Miso Soup" and just use Miso for short. Mochi came up because it sounded like a good name for the sister
Oh i know that feeling, I'm so sorry that you're not able to have a pet. After my family moved, we had to rehome 4 of our dogs, 3 mastiffs and a chihuahua/pug mix, that'd been in our family for +3 years.... it was torture, it felt like our new place was way too big, cold, and quiet. There was an acre of land and no one to run through it all with, I would stay inside for days either reading, eating, or sleeping, I gained so much weight because at my old house, I'd constantly be outside running in a pack with my other dogs, for miles, never tired. Well, after 2 more moves, my mom noticed how much id hide in my room, never saying anything for days at a times, she then took action and got a little male shih-tzu/yorkie mix, and we named him Jay. We'd gotten him when he was only like 4 and half weeks old, so he wasnt weened yet, so i spent every other hour a day wiping him so he'd potty, bottle-feeding him, keeping him clean and so on. After he starting walking on his own, I trained him so much and now he is very much capable of balancing a treat in his mouth and not eating is instantly on command lol. He also has a bad habit of getting carried away with his post-potty victory run, and sprints around for a good 15 minutes then tumbles through the grass completely exhausted, resulting in me running after him because he can't seem to avoid chasing after cars--moral? He's helped me drop a lot of weight with all the running. The effort I put into Jay made my past pain seem like a bad dream, Jay is my world even though he is a dog, he is my family. Plus he is super photogenic its kinda aggravating because hes got this major underbite and wiry hair all around his face, yet to a camera, he looks like a straight up model
Did they at least find a good home? Man that's even more awful than never having a pet. mickie
Of course, one mastiff was given to someone that was planning on showing the mastiff off in pageants, unfortunately he got really sick and was put to sleep after some time, the second mastiff was given to someone whose previous pet just passed away and couldn't bear the loneliness, and the third mastiff went to a family that owned many other mastiffs before and wished to have another join the big pup squad lol And the little chihuahua/pug, who was my baby, was given to a girl who couldnt talk to people that well, and I told her that the pup was a very good listener. My old neighbor said that she'd seen that girl walking around many places with the dog following closely behind her, never leaving her side.
And yeah, I agree, but I enjoyed loving them very much when they were still mine, so as long as they are still loved, its all good ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
