If you’re gonna help depressed/mentally ill people, you can’t just pick and choose. We’re not “i’m so sad uwu, comfort me” we’re (or i am at least) “yeah u can’t see part of my room floor sometimes and have lost motivation in basic hygiene.” they be like: help the depressed, and then call u crazy when u tell them about intrusive thoughts
