Gender adjectives ?
So I see a lot of people saying guy is an all gender pronoun which I am pretty sure isn’t.A lot of people on bl fandom call the bottoms queen or sister. I am pretty sure it has something to do with the heteronormative way the reletionships are shown and hyper feminization of the bottom. Someone I was talking with said queen or sister is an all gender pronoun now and I am honestly confused. Thoughts on this?
I call people dude, bro, sis, queen, & man regardless of their gender (unless the person is uncomfortable with any of the words). I don’t think it’s feminization as much as it is just the way people talk. reply
"Guy" is not an "all gender" word, which I'm assuming means gender neutral(?), and calling it a pronoun is just... no.
"Guys" on the other hand, at least in American English, *can* be neutral if it's a phrase like "you guys" in the same way that "y'all" is neutral. You guys, y'all, you all, you (plural), etc. etc. are all just different ways to sa...... reply
