NOT MY FIRST YAOI, but I didn't know it was Yaoi. I picked up a manga in the public library I heard was popular, but didn't read the synopsis (chose it cause it looked pretty). I made the dumbest decision to read it in Math class which I was failing btw. While reading I noticed the "childhood friends" were really close but was so absorbed in the story I didn't click. I also didn't see my teacher walking up to me, or notice my textbook had fallen over and was no longer covering the book I was reading...
He yanked the book out of my hands and started reading it aloud, I was so mortified I froze for what felt like an eternity. When he didn't get any interesting dialogue, I felt so relieved. But then while flipping through, he DROPPED the book and it landed on a page of two guys making out and a lot of skin- I dove for it like Michael Phelps but it was too late cause my sorta-friend-but-mostly-crush looked at me like I was an alien T_T
Laughter ensued along with tasteless jokes for the rest of the week, and so did trauma- I NEVER read manga in school again, and as for him I dropped from friend to acquaintance faster than I could say "Hi, uh about that book-" ╥﹏╥
