BL vs SL tropes
y'all be like 'i don't read sl , because there is always the same trope' as if bl isn't the same fucking trope as well, it's literally a shy, weak uke and a strong, outgoing seme. there is no difference. it's literally the same sh1t 1000 times. and also this trope is literally so similar to the sl trope aswell. y'all are ANNOYING, and yes i'm complaining every day on this website, and will continue, cuz y'all can't learn from us. y'all dont care. until you guys start to care then we'll stop.
I'm not sure if I have a right to speak on this topic as a bi person but from my perspective I mean what do you expect most of the audience here are females ofc they are going to have internalized misogyny not everyone ofc 2 reply
I agree that if u take an average not brilliant story then it doesn't matter bl or sl cause a plain romance plot is same everywhere. They even use the same phrases and same development and turns of events. But if u take a high quality story made by a talented author then i definitely prefer bl.
P.s. i didn't get what i should learn and from who...... reply
SL is shoujo love? BL is the same as SL. In GL there are stereotypes as well, even if less in comparison of BL and SL. I honestly only care about reading stories, sometimes they prove to be good ones and other times bad ones. End. 1 reply

bl-big strong man saves weak man
gl- school girls fall in love
but boys love, girls love, and straight love all have outliers and some unique stories that don't fit the stereotypes or the common works BUT Y...... reply
Nah boo, I actually have a hard time finding bl these days that doesn't have average/big muscle dudes or bl that doesn't have two pretty boys or bl that doesn't have a pretty boy seme and an average/big muscle dude uke. There is way fewer shoujo that subverts tropes than bl in my experience. reply
