There's been a lot of questioning in whether or not Killing Stalking is a BL, I would say yes. There are many different types of BL and it doesn't have to be a romance BL. I would say its more a psychological thriller BL. Because Yoonhum and Sangwoo do have sexual relations with each other and are most likely love interests in the story
No, its literally a depiction of Stockholm Syndrome and mental illness, the word "love" is out of it.

Serious answer: It doesn't really matter whether it's BL or not because at the end of the day it still depicted two men in a "relationship" and how it handled that is what's important.
