anyone can be racist to other races. this is coming from a POC too. i, an asian, can be racist to black people or white people. racist means a person who holds a prejudice against a certain racial or ethnic group. theres nothing that states one must have "systematic power" to be racist. i mean, a black police officer or a black politician can still...... reply
