I might be wrong but it's because yaoi (sexually explicit BxB) is illegal in China, I believe? I think gay marriage is still illegal in China as well. Alongside any pornographic media, they ban things that are too violent (like attack on titan and death note). So in China, it's illegal to own, distribute and view anything of the sort. reply
