This doesn’t have anything to do with Japan or pedophilia but IMO, I think the age of consent anywhere should at least be 15 years of age and nothing lower than that. Since most girls body hasn’t been fully matured yet by the age of 15, or hasn’t even gotten their menstruation, you get me? I think it just makes more sense that way.   reply
