Am I a POC?
Okay so basically, my mom is from Guatemala and my dad is from Mexico. I was born in America and I'm like the color white. I'm not sure if I'm a POC because of the color of my skin, am I? Like my mom and dad are Hispanic but idk if I am, I know it's dumb but I'm genuinely confused.
I mean your skin color has nothing to do with your descent. You can still be white but Hispanic. But when we think about the definition of the term, I think there's a possibility you could be.

Depends on your race not your ethnicity. If you’re not racially white then yes you are a poc. However if you’re mixed white with another race you would be considered poc.
