I see this a lot on myreadingmanga, I'm reading a doushinji of a fandom or simply I see pretty art and click. Then you see old geezers, beer guts, raping and then 20 other guys join in. Drives the uke into madness and spends basically the rest of his life drowing in twisted pleasure. Then it gets worse when they bring on the Shotacon stories... Shota x Shota, sure, 50 year old with a 7 year old... But I'm not trying to judge because there might be people into it, like rape play, water play, bdsm. I just dont know about the aspect of gangbang and mobs. Are you guys into it and what do you think about it culturally since it plays heavy into some Mangas?

holy shit. i honestly do not know with mobs. when i first started reading yaoi, i didn’t know what mobs were and when i first saw it i was disgusted. but the thing is, i read a lot of doshinjis and those ugly faceless bastards just show up everywhere. and so i just kept on reading the ones with mobs as a joke and then i kinda got used to them and...... 1 reply
I don't think there's a setting where I could like gangbang, no matter how bias that sounds. To me it just seems too rape-y (especially since they are usually between a child and older men) and I don't see how that kind of scenario could ever end well realistically speaking. It would just open all the wrong doors for this person.

In manga i only love it if the one being gangbanged are a seme and doesn't look so fragile. But when it was a shota or an uke with a really girly personality or look, i be like “NOOOOPE! I think it's a gray-area type of subject. I don't approve of it in real life but in yaoi it's a work of fiction but it all depends on the story and how it's told. I HATE the stories with the young boys getting violated by ugly old fat geezers(BARF)!!!>:( 1 reply
