RANT
Can we talk about the bi and pan eraser..... We get shit From straight people and the LGBTQ+ community..... Why the fuck do I only have to like one gender when there's soo mannny????????? AND DONT CALL ME SELFISH, DONT CALL ME A CLOSETED GAY, I DON'T AND WILL NOT SLEEP WITH EVERYONE AND NO IM NOT CONFUSED!!!!!!!! I wanna start my own community of only bi's and pans because everyone seems to actually hate us and think we don't exist. I THOUGHT THE B IN LGBTQ+ STANDS FOR BISEXUALS.... BUT NOOOOOOOOOO. I expect that from straight people but from a community that I'm supposed to feel like I belong, I don't feel that way.... ALSOOO IF I IDENTIFY AS PAN IM NOT BIPHOBIC OR IF I IDENTIFY AS BI IM NOT PANPHOBIC STFU. I swear to god people are never satisfied with anything, they just like being difficult and make you feel like shit. ALSO if you came out as bi and then you realize later you're gay THAT DOESNT MATTER YOU'RE STILL VALID DONT LISTEN TO HOES. .... end of rant.....
I got more shit from the LGBTQA+ community than straight people when it comes to me. I'm not bi or pan, I'm asexual and biromantic and idk...I detached myself from the community. I support individuals if they need someone to lean on, but I don't associate myself with them anymore. I see them making fun of "feminine" gay men, of bisexual people, etc...... 3 reply
Honestly, yeah I completely agree with everything you've said. It sucks cause you can't even find a safe space within the community itself, with people subtly telling you that it's just a phase. Add the biphobia in the lesbian community as well. As a bi/pan person, it's difficult to find someone who doesn't invalidate you for a change. reply
My best friend is gay and on Grindr/other general dating sites. He’s constantly showing me screenshots of other dude’s profiles that say stuff like ‘no fem, no asians, masc4masc, etc’
Racism, toxic masculinity, and other problems are still prevalent in LGBT communities, and should be talked about more. reply
I agree. There are so many "experts" that know better who you're attracted to, than you know yourself. And they want so bad to tell us that we're wrong, that these sexualities aren't even real, that we're inventing them. It's honestly sad that most of them are actually from the community and it seems that they've forgotten what lgbt+ people are fig...... reply
If there's one thing that I learned in this life is that every community has its toxic people, or how some old saying goes "every forest has its rotten trees".
I've been through things like these before and I think it's best to just ignore the ignorants so to speak. You may try to educate some people, but some people just don't want to be educated,...... 1 reply
this is honestly so relatable, that's why i don't really associate myself with every community that im "supposed" to be apart of. i support individuals, because every tree has it's bad apples. reply
2 genders is not that many (≧∀≦)
Well, I'm just gonna say I'd love to read a story with bi characters. That would be interesting. That's one of the things that made The Cornered Mouse Dreams of Cheese so goodl. reply
