hm. my family is really dysfunctional and toxic. they don't love me enough for me to feel it. very minimal and tiny amount of love. 20% is manipulation, 20% is gas lighting, 30% of it is judgement, 28% is trauma, and 2% is love. if you add 50% on to that then 50% is the toxicity of it all. very rarely do we laugh together as a family. just gotta re......   reply

Yeah, maybe too much. And because of it they're so overprotective that it's suffocating, I'm almost an adult and still can't go out after 6 pm   reply
