I definitely think Banana Fish is underrated because people interpret it under the context of "yaoi" even though it's barely even BL. Don't get me wrong, I like reading BL, but this one by far has the best relationship that relies purely on their emotional bond. Most chinese animes (donghuas) are underrated!!! (as in nobody knows about them.) My favs are mo dao zu shi and tian guan ci fu.
BUTTTT if I have to pick an actual anime it would be Tsuki ga Kirei!! my fav romance.

Kekkai Sensen. I've seen maybe, one person actually know what it is. The characters are all amazing and I've never actually liked every single character like I have for Kekkai Sensen. And the animation is just 10/10 spectacular. The plotline is also super well done because it takes a slice of life route but still accomplishes the goals which I have...... 3 reply
