I don't understand why people won't let other people express their opinions anymore. Like I'll see a bunch of comments saying things such as "Oh well you can read the description and the tag if you don't like it just don't read it." Like no, people will read what they want to read and are allowed to express their opinions. Authors need to have criticism, when they stepped into this business they should've known that they were going to get hated on. I've seen lots and lots of people that. I feel like people should be able to like and dislike stories and not get hated on, such as a comment saying "I like this story and these types of stories" they were commenting on nii-chan, whether or not they like the story it doesn't matter as long as they don't support such things in real life. I will see a lot of people who will fight about how the story is bad and has rape in it, first of all you shouldn't be caring about a fictional story more over real life, if you have time to fight people why don't you take that time to educate your self and apologize instead of saying "ok"
Oh yes, I agree with the half of your paragraph. Though when people express their opinion I also have mine to disagree with, I maybe don't really exactly agree with the part on the story nii-chan but your opinion is taken and have a nice day

I agree and disagree. Yes,anyone can comment or criticise a story in the comment section,but at the same time if you do make a comment,anyone can criticise you for making that comment.

If you hate rape
'then dont read it,theres a warning'
if you like rape
'youre disgusting,go seek mental help'

if you know you won't like it, don't read it.... it doesn't bother me that people like Mr Blxckie review manga, but they only do it because people ask them to. if you're purposely reading something that you don't enjoy, just drop the manga. if the story is morally wrong, then it's understandable. but yes, we should let people have their own opinion...... reply

an example is how the trauma of rape is downplayed and romanticised in stories and people say "ItS jUsT fIcTiOn, It DoEsNt MaTtEr". its wrong on so many levels.

i get what you're saying totally. some authors make some messed up stuff however if you knew what you were getting into, then why read it? instead of making a huge long ass paragraph, the author will never see anyways, it's so easy just to exit out of that and find something else. people do like messed up shit but who are we to tell them to stop. i...... 1 reply
i mostly agree but nii chan is something thats meant to be fucked up, its psychological so that basically only applies to stories like that, people are allowed to go "what the fuck" at stories that romanticize rape and other bad things reply
