Am I the only one that hates Master x servant relationship? I mean, at least it isn't master x slave? But those books can easily turn into them... It's a gateway to worse shit (master x slave) and it continuously romanticized and glorifies a plethora of toxic shit. I hear many people say 'its just a power fantasy, it doesn't do any real harm' when that is far from the truth. Those books were the exact reason that black slave x white Master GL popped up, and I just have so many feelings on this topic. Idk, I might go into a detailed rant about it later....
nah you're def not the only one. shit makes me a lil uncomfy too. idk any relationship where one person is in a position of power/authority over the other like that (especially if the one who's "lower in the power caste" is younger by a lot) always make me a lil.. uncomf. like i can read it and enjoy the content (sometimes) but i always have that lil thought in my mind of the person being played with/being manipulated hella hard. cause like, when in a relationship like that i feel it's hard to differentiate whether you genuinely love them or just .. pretending to so you can like, "survive" or whatever yk ? idk maybe i'm making no sense idk
