Anyone else have a MLP phase?

I am currently retreating back into my very, very, very, very old roots.
I haven’t watched My Little Pony Friendship is Magic in YEARS. I’m probably not exactly the demographic anymore, but 11 year old me had good taste.
Depressive episode hitting different rn because someone very close to me died.
Out of all the comfort shows I’ve had over the years, MLP is probably the last series I expected to turn to, but yet here we are.
I’m so grateful the show exists.

Yes. I had an MLP phase. Little 10 year old queer was shit at socializing and everyone found her annoying, so she got into MLP so that she could socialize with the bronies at her school. And thus my long journey of learning proper social interactions had begun. That was like, 2014. reply
