Don't bother if you're f2p, the way her skills and passives work she *needs* to have her constellation at least partially filled, and well... good luck with that if you're not paying. reply
imo shes good even at c0. Like yes, her 1st and 2nd constellation does give her a power spike but you dont really need it so she can be "viable". As a physical damage dealer, shes gonna be one of the most convenient onese since she can do super conduct and as a cryo support shes perfect for freeze or melt comps. She only has a 6 second cooldown an...... reply
