I usually eat it without the shell but sometimes if I’m too lazy to peel it off and it’s soft enough to chew, I eat it with the shell.

My parents eat with shell, but I just don’t eat it when they make it.
I only eat it on the rare occasions that they peeled them or we bought takeout
