i think misogyny from men is worse. at the end of the day, misogyny is still something that men fabricated to establish their dominance over women and that all women are subject to. internalized misogyny is just a product of that. reply

I'm sorry but what is the difference? At the end of the day it is still misogyny. Its bad It doesn't matter who it comes from. There is no increase effect just because its from a different person. Its like asking is internalized homophobia just as bad as homophobia from straights. Or is internalized bigotry just as bad as bigotry from *insert race ...... reply
I think it's even worse. Women that will shame other women for being women or living their lives and demeaning them for their choices are absolutely terrible. Do they want to please men, are they brainwashed, or do they simply not root for other women? reply
