How have you all been feeling recently? I've been in a bad place for a month or so but I've been feeling a little better the past few days and thought that maybe some of you are also going through tough times and need to vent a little... Or maybe you actually had a great day and did something amazing!

Ive been better, but honestly, im glad im ok. Thanks for asking I feel like crying & wanting to die for these past days. Our country is being coup by military dictators. We're still fighting against them. I always cry when I see our innocent citizens being killed for nothing & I can't help them. I felt so helpless & hopeless.
