If youre mind is working to much and your stressed about waking up in a short time, the best thing you can do is tell yourself you’ll survive even if you don’t sleep. Yes the day will suck but it’s just one day and you’ll be ok. Then try day dreaming. Day dreaming helps knock me out. Also turn on soothing sounds. Like -10 hrs rain on a tin ...... 1 reply
Try and calm your train of thoughts. I know it's hard, but you'll fall asleep if you try to keep yourself calm, pay attention to your breathing, and don't stare at your phone too much. reply
Just don’t sleep like me. Jkjk anyways listen to music and read a storybook or smth. Maybe listen to a really boring podcast or read a damn boring manga. Or maybe set your fan/ac really cold, with coldness there’ll be sleep even if u don’t like it. Or maybe stop breathing for a while, you’ll faint but won’t die reply
For those saying just study and you’ll sleep for fucking sake that’s a total LIE two month ago in my mids i was going crazy and sleeping for like only two hours every 48 hours and my headaches almost killed me
