Female and male are sexes, meaning what you're biologically born with. There are only two known sexes which are female and male.

There are actually quite a lot. If you are talking about gender as in male female transgender non-binary etc. idk how many but they are dependent on the 23rd pair of chromosomes.
They can be: XY, XX, XO, XXX, XXY, XYY

if we're talking about the social and psychological aspect, infinite. if we're talking about the biological and physical aspect, the answer is still infinite. there's no such thing as a true-woman or true-man without human interference, forcibly removing traits before conception, otherwise genitals among other gendered traits would be uniform. clit...... reply
