Just remember that you're beautiful
You're valid and that you just do whatever makes you happy
If something bad is going on i hope that it gets better as time passes
You are loved and always will be
Believe in what i say but most importantly believe in yourself
As time passes everything will soon get better
You're safe here no matter what
And i hope you have or had a great day/night/noon/afternoon

I use this as a safe space and i know some others do as well
