How I lost weight

My lazy workout weekends routines are:
stretch, breakfast, walk 30 min in morning and be inspired what i see, relax (no technology, just reading and listening to radio or go to a musical), shower, do something at home like chores and work on papers or read yaoi, walk again (for 3 hours), lunch, walk until i find a bench to sit on and relax, when ready to walk, walk back home, dinner, knee to elbow crunches, tricep dip on chair, 20 min bath then shower and sleep (no distraction)

Eat food that is not oily and eat what makes you happy (any food as long it's not oily and does not contain lots of salt and sugar).

my meals change daily, not gonna list many so heres 1 of my favorite ones instead:
Lunch i have are 3 plates (small size) 1 medium main dish (pizza size example / i eat 1 piece of dry pizza lol), 1 small plate of mixed colorful fruits, and lastly on small plate of red yellow orange peppers

Dinner i have are 1 plate full of UNSEASON OR UNSALTED boiled greens (broccoli, green peas, green beans, mushroom) just anything that has low carbs and gentle to eat so you can have a good sleep

Breakfast is a cup of orange or milk or smoothie and toast with eggs

note:
- make sure to not stress and think positive as a calm way not fake positive or forcing yourself to think positive
- drink water first and wait for 10 minutes then eat your lunch or dinner meals (doesnt have to be water, can be tea, juice no sugar or a color drink that has vitamins)
- taking hot bath can burn calories ;) not realted but i use bath bomb to smooth my skin
- dont forget to eat your vitamins (NATURAL FOODS NOT PILLS)
- can hangout with a friend like shopping is walking too ya know
- have 8 - 10 hours of sleep
- can eat high carbs in the morning for more energy but dont forget proteins
- avocados are the best i swear
