I was fit and healthy growing up. Got pregnant. Lost a lot of weight years later. Gained more than I lost. Now I'm stuck in a cycle where I lose weight and gain double what I lost back. Ugh...it's frustrating. It's all me too. I keep falling back into bad habits after--makes it more frustrating.
