I take tiny red pills at night when I know that the next day will induce them.... That's it. Cant do much but suffer, and be grumpy about it! Lol
Edit : words of advice to anybody who self diagnosed with migraines. I do recommend going seeing a doctor, because they may not be able to prescribe you a medicine that can make it go away, but they can ...... 1 reply
I hate telling people about my migraines, but I have them everyday. I feel sick, it hurts different parts of my head, and I get so light-headed I can even pass out. Especially happens when I hear something loud. It gets worse because how loud my family is. I don't have a good helping mechanism at the moment, I just take some Advil & hope for the be...... 2 reply
I haven't got a scan yet, but its already confirmed because most women in my family have it too. Basically taking paracetamols and something for my migraines everyday now and frequency it getting worse. Before it was like every other month but now it feels like every week. I can't wait for lockdown to end so I can get this over with 1 reply
Yeah, for years. No preventative meds worked for me so I have to manage the pain instead.
First I take a couple of aspirin. If I take them early when you get that feeling (the one when you know it’s a migraine coming) sometimes they really weaken it and sometimes even stop it from getting going.
