when i was a kid, i had police and child services telling me i was more mature then my parents, and by age 12 i was on the internet roasting racist ass adults, so for most things no. usually they only say it to invalidate your opinions which is the dumbest thing ever reply
I do not believe it’s a completely valid excuse. It’s sometimes used when there is no explanation and the parent doesn’t feel like it. Gives off the same energy as “I’m your mom/dad you gotta obey me” However, kids don’t understand everything. reply
It's not valid at all to me it just sounds like kids aren't allowed to have thoughts of their own idk why parents think they can force religion onto their children what they should do is either don't teach it at all or teach them about maybe the religion they believe in but also let them know that they don't have to believe in the same one or if th...... reply

if a kid made some mistakes you could say " It's okay ur still a kid, and u still don't know what's right and wrong.
But I highly recommend to not use that often to ur child/younger siblings
they would think that, they could do anything they want because they're a child.

Depends on the maturity of the kid along with the situation
If the "adult" says they're a kid and they wouldn't understand the adult should have one hell of an understanding to be saying that to the kid
