How do you sleep?
Like do you just lie in bed until you fall asleep, or do you count sheep, or do you imagine a specific scenario or something? Because I imagine different scenarios with my favourite character or ships, or just a random story idea until I drift off. So I was wondering if it was just a me thing or if other people did something similar.
uhm i exhaust myself, at least mentally, before i sleep. my whole sleeping schedule is fucked up and ima drop dead after class ends today bc ive only slept for 3 hours in the past 30 hours. so fun... reply
I imagine me being with my crush before I sleep, but I know that I'll never be with him in RL.
and then before I know it I'm already sleeping like a rock, but sometimes I suddenly wake up at the time of 11:00 pm then I would read yaoi/action/adventure
manhwa/manhua/manga and then I'm gonna go back to sleep at 4:30 am

When I'm tired, I close my eyes. It could be in the wee hours of early morning, the hot hours of afternoon, or at night.

Lol I close my eyes then boom when I open them it's already morning ლ(^o^ლ) and if I had a lot of tea or coffee then I imagine what nothingness would be like and fall asleep before I know it (?・・)σ. I am so fucking thankful cos I can't create images in my head ☜ (↼_↼) reply
I think about scenarios of some random characters its mostly romance I picture the affectionate scenes in my head like them cuddling and stuff, its such a love deprived thing to do IK☠️but If i dont think about this I will think about my problems in life and that definitely wont help with sleeping 1 reply
