So like is it like okay to read y/n fan fictions? Like yourself and a real person? I used to read one direction x y/n fanfictions and created scenarios like that,,? I don't read any ships between the boys ones because I know it is weird,,,?
The fact that someone wrote fanfiction of a real person to begin with is already completely and utterly fucked, so why would reading it be okay? It shouldn't even exist for you to have read or for this to be a question in the first place. 1 reply

In my opinion fanfics like that are really creepy and it's kinda concerning if you are consuming a lot of them, that being said as long as you're not obsessing over the person in the fanfic, as long as you acknowledge that they are a real human being and not just some fictional character for you to rea...... reply
idk reading insert reader fanfics about real people is kinda like having parasocial relationship with them, so it can be very harmful to your mental health if you obssess over doing it. also, i can never undertsand shipping real people, it's creepy so i never got into it either. just admiring their friendship is enough for me reply
