So I was having an argument with my homophobic aunt. She literally brought up the argument of it being unnatural because they can’t have children. The first thing that came to my mind in that moment was “i guess you were born to be lesbian since you can’t get pregnant” she started crying and now I feel guilty. Σ( ￣□￣||) Am I an asshole?
That was an incredibally awful thing to do. I think the proper response would be to have said something along the lines of "well some straight people can't have children, and that's still natural/doesn't make them gay."

Ouch.. that’s a low blow.
I am not one who likes to hurt family just coz they have different ideals to me. I would rather agree to disagree because confrontation that gets heated like that simply puts a wall on communication.
Over time I have broadened some closed minds in my family. There is nothing wrong with acknowledging an opposing viewp...... reply
