Theyre people who are bi but are more into the opposite sex, but still into the same sex just a bit less, unlike others like “semi-bisexuals” heteroflexible people are totally valid since theyre not the “haha im not straight, im bi but not into the same sex-“, just “Im bi, but im more into the opposite sex” reply
