when did you first find out about shota yaoi and or boku no pico?
My first yaoi manga I've ever read was literally a shota one. it's called sayonara alpha and i highly recommend it to anyone who hasn't read it yet uwu it's really good and it got me hooked on yaoi (now i like shota and unexpected ukes lel ¯_(ツ)_/¯ ). tbh boku no pico scarred and scared me i only watched till the 2nd episode and i kinda don't wanna watch the rest ╥﹏╥

Boku no pico in itself is basically porn. If in yaoi perspective the only detail sex animation scene you will get is either that or Sensitive Pornograph. The others are just lightsabers lol

I blindly read Sayonara alpha while trying to get into manga. I don’t remember it that well but I know it’s not as terrible as it could be (still not re-reading it tho) But for any other manga or anime, I will NEVER read or watch shotacon or lolicon. And I will most definitely never lay my eyes on Boku no Pico 2 reply

I agree Sayonara alpha is the BOMB It's one the the few omegaverse manga I like. I watched Boku no Pico early in my yaoi career, at the time it was really unappealing to me but I did watch it all, mostly a morbid curiosity and bragging rights over my anime friends. I've read Sayonara Alpha tho I didn't remember the title. It was good. It's different from the typical shota too. I prefer the shota to be the top.
