How long have you been in the Anime/Manga/Manhwa/Manhua Community?
Well I started out really young. Like 2-3 years old young. The reason for that is because my paternal side of the family all watched anime when they were young and collected CD's and DVD's. Downloaded some anime too. I was aware at a young age that what I was watching wasn't cartoons but Anime. They'd put on their CD's in the player and let us watch (me and my siblings) with them. Every time I come back home from nursery my Tito would plop me in front of the computer and would play some animes he thinks I would like. And now I've been watching/reading for almost 20 years.
7 years old, my cousin from beside our house would sometimes hang out and let us watch Sailor Moon or Card Captor Sakura. So apparently, 13 years but it's going to be 14 years since I'm gonna be 21 this year. reply
I watched my first anime when I was 6 years old. But I didn't join the community until I was 14 years old. Fun fact, my father introduced me to anime. He downloaded ''My Neighbor Totoro'' on his laptop and we watched it together. A couple days later I asked if he could download more movies like that for me to watch and now we're here. 1 reply
There was this channel called Animax which was the only place to watch anime in my country when I was about ten. It closed down after a year. When I grew older and started watching online, I realized almost everyone my age who watched anime still felt nostalgic about Animax ╥﹏╥ 1 reply
The first anime I watch was detective Conan when I was 5 so it’s been like 9 almost 10 years since I started watching anime. For manga/manhwa/manhua I been reading them for 4-5 years. reply
