Dont restrict yourself on food, eat when you're hungry
Maybe lower your sweet and junk food intake but once in a while isnt bad
Water is your best friend so drink a lot of water, stay hydrated

1. No solid dinner only drinks (fruit drinks/ tea/ sugarless healthy shit)
2. Chloe Ting's workouts (She's scary good)
3. Water, water and more water
4. No junk snacks, only carrots/spinach/cucumber/air popped popcorn
5. Eat salad before meals.

Genetics? Food that you eat? Excerise routine? Maybe you just have a fast or slow metabolism (dunno if I spelled that right, but maybe you digest food quicker or slower than others)?

FIRSTLY DONT STARVE IT WILL USUALLY CAUSE A YO YO AFFECT BABE AND IT WILL JUST WORSEN SO INSTEAD, KEEP UP WITH SOME HEALTHY YUMMY FOOD FROM CHLOEEE :) ummm do workouts! Best way to get ur happiness up and stay fit :) I do 2-3 h...... reply

- drink A LOT of water ( plain water )
- breakfast is important
- drink greentea for your metabolism
