Fuck yess, there are so many different ways I've read it happening, from Omega males being born with both dicks and vaginas, or them giving birth out of their asses (which has even more possibilities, like were they born with birth giving holes or did their body shift during their first heat on order to create a womb, and thats why first heats hurt...... 4 reply
