Look at the "followers" box.
The user who made a question tends to be the first to follow the question but this is not always the case. If the question has 9+ followers, the one at the very right is the uploader.
The harder way to find out who made a question is to click "All questions" in the thing.
If this question is recent, you can find it, but usually when you click the second page of the questions, it says "we're sorry, the request file are not found. Σ(っ°Д °;)っ." If that happens, find out the date where the first answer was made.
Go the things bar and click "see more".
Then go to the questions bar until you see the name of the question with the same date. That question is from a month ago so I'm not digging it up.
