how tf do i tell my mom i want to see a psychiatrist because i cant do simple things like washing the dishes or schoolwork without zoning out completely or moving my hand a lot because i tend to act out what im thinking about and i'd rather prefer a diagnoses than to assume
You could try texting it to her, or tell her "hey mom, I feel like something isn't right anymore and I feel like I need to see a psychiatrist because this is starting to affect my daily tasks" reply
