Met in a bo2 lobby on ps3 in like 2015 I think. It lasted liiike 2 years. We were friends first but he started hitting me up all the time and flirting, he was funny and really nice and I had no experience in that department so I was happy getting attention. He lived in Canada and I live in USA. I regret it though because I don’t think dating online is actually dating someone. You need to see them in person and spend time with them to see if you actually wanna be with him. But like I said I had no experience and he was funny so I spoke with him every night, we talked, watched anime and movies together, played video games together. He introduced me to his other friends and we all played together as a group. But of course every flame goes out. I was quite awkward and had low confidence, I didn’t wanna get on the camera and I didn’t wanna have phone sex or send nudes. Eventually we got into a dumb argument and ghosted eachother. Many months later he calls me at like 2am and asks if I’m ok because he had a dream about me and that something bad happened. I told him I was fine. We were cool after that but I really wasn’t tryna be buddy buddy with him anymore so we drifted apart. Now he’s online dating another girl who was a kid when we were online dating. I was 19 and he was 25 and the young girl was 14. Guess he waited for her to turn of age lol. She’ll probably dump him though since she also lives in USA, online dating just not it, especially for young girls and boys starting out life. Maybe I sound bitter idk. ANYWAYS I DONT LIKE ONLINE DATING. Now If I like someone online I’m having boundaries, no sir we are not dating until you come SEE ME and we hang out multiple times and then we decide yea we are compatible lets date. I got much more to say but I think my rant is long enough lol.
