IS 17 A KID?
i am 17 and when i cry my mom always tells me i should grow up and stop acting like a kid but then she sometimes tells me that i'm still a child when i try to do things that are considered grown and it's really making me feel confused. i sometimes feel like a child because i am still a minor in my country until i turn 18 so there's not a lot a seventeen-year-old can do here.

My Asian biological parents use my age both the ways.
I'm older and grown up when I make a mistake.
Younger and child / kid when I'm trying to do something that takes much responsibilities

well your brain isnt fully developed till you're 25 or whatever so it's normal to be immature and act like a kid. at least that's the excuse ima use when i get in trouble for doing dumb shit later. reply
