Was I blocked?

So if someone’s thing doesn’t say [DELETED] but when you click on it it says you don’t have access to the page does that mean they blocked you? Because it’s doing that for someone I talked to occasionally and thought was super sweet and I don’t know what I did but I feel like a horrible person
