lol i learned french in school for 5 years now and while i understand everything i can NOT speak for the life of it gosh Can someone give me tips how to speak smoothery or like fun expressions nd stuff?
Something that really worked to improve my english is watching movies and videos in english. At first you may need (I don't know how well you understand french rn) subtitles in english, then french subtitles will do the job and finally you'll be able to get almost everything without them. It can't replace a real conversation but it'll really help to develop your accent and you'll get to learn french expressions and the real ways to speak french.
An other tip I can give is to try even if it's not perfect. Like you gotta give it a try and forget about the fact that you may make mistakes. And don't think to hard while you speak cause if you are hesitating to much, it's making it real hard to keep concentrating on what you are saying. I don't know if I make sense here haha ? Imean, it's easier to understand someone who is smooth and makes mistakes than someone who speakes perfectly but pauses all the time.
