After reading Chinese novels, you learn how to turn your brain off to the nonsense. It's so useful by the too cus i would be reading the novel like this the whole time.
Um whats elseee not reading the books again after bookmarking it and putting it under my reading list. So grateful that only few does get updated. reply
For physical books, I never use bookmarks. I don’t even try to remember the page. I just skim along the thickness of the book and land on a page a sorta recognize and keep skipping pages until I see one I haven’t read.
For ao3 and Wattpad however, I be booking marking, saving, stamping it, shit everything cause these fanfics be disappearing o...... reply
i get super hyped if the thing I'm reading is good then when it leaves me with i cliffhanger i cry sincr i want more i decide to wait for more chapters until poof it's actually already done and i get to lazy to pick it up again happened with solo leveling and I never picked it up even after it ended 1 reply
I can't stop reading and I forget to blink. I've effed up my eyes because of that, like I literally couldn't read anymore and had to guess the letters from the blurry shapes I could make out :/ My eyes are a little better now but I still feel the strain when I read for more than an hour (I used to read for 12, 14 hours straight). reply
I read completed manhwa/ga/huas only and since im indecisive, i read the books in my want to read list by following the order from the oldest to the newest reply
1. I read 500 stories at the same time because I get bored insanely easily.
2. I dislike it if there’s too much fluff. I only liked consistent fluff in “I like your pheromones” (novel) because it wasn’t cringey.
3. I refuse to read anything with seme MC. I read one novel where MC raped ML and I was feeling so disgusted with myself. Straig...... reply
