You know abt the way to not get hypnotized is to resist, not focus, & doesn’t believe in hypnosis itself? Well… I had my experience with hypnosis one time, in middle school. The school invited a magician (i think?) and there’s a part where he chose me for him to hypnotize. But, me, having ADHD and a bit skeptic towards hypnosis, does not fall for their hypnosis. But idk why, back then i feel like it will be awkward if the magician that my school invited failed to do his ‘magic’ So you know what? I pretend to got hypnotized :) I do what he told me to do, fully aware :) And out of embarrassment, i pretend I didn’t remember anything the next day of school :)
