i used to always listen to music or have earbuds in during class. doesnt matter if im listening to anything or if the teacher specifically said that i couldnt. i would just pull my entire IEP outta my ass and highlight the part that said i could use headphones as a coping mechanism. Over broken this rule so many times, but skipping class and leaving school is a rule I’m willing to break 1000000 times. One of the reasons I say this is because no one wants to sit there for an hour and 45 minutes listening about American history.
