Ok so here me out. I assume most you guys already know what edging is but if you don't, it's basically when you're about to bust but you stop before you do and wait abit and then repeat the process til you have the ultragasm or whatever. I know this sounds like a very perverted post but i have a good point to make.
If you think about it, edging is basically the concept of savouring things. But not really in that sense, it would be more like breaking things apart to enjoy every aspect of them thoroughly instead of doing it all in one go.
For example, instead of eating a bunch of food/snacks you like in one sitting, separate them so that you eat a piece each day have something to look forward to. Instead of binge watching a tv show in one sitting, watch an episode a day you can reflect on your thoughts about the show each passing day. Instead of doing all of your work at the last minute, split each part so you have a portion to do each day. Instead of hanging out with all your friends in one big group, hang out with each of them on a separate day so you can get to know them better and have a more comfortable time.
I feel we as humans tend impulsively multi-task multiple things in one sitting to coordinate with our ever-growing society. It's good to focus on one thing at a time and take breaks after work, not only will it be less stressful on you, but the final product will come out even better. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
